On Saturday, March 7, Kayla Jones, a former Grove City High School standout, and her current team, the Baldwin Wallace Yellow Jackets, were defeated 59-46 by the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, which tipped off at 7:30 p.m. in Goldfarb Gymnasium, marked the teams’ first meeting in the tournament.
