On Saturday, March 14, Kate Ratliff, a former standout at Canal Winchester High School, and her collegiate team, the Gannon Golden Knights, were defeated 67-48 by the Winston-Salem State Rams in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The matchup was held at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex at 5 p.m., marking the Golden Knights’ first game against the Winston-Salem State Rams in the tournament.
