On Thursday, Feb. 6, former Grove City High School standout Maddie Wilcox’s current college team, the Ohio Bobcats, won 12-8 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Elon Phoenix.
The game took place at Hunt Softball Park. This was their first matchup against the Phoenix this season.
The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 3 p.m. at Rita Hillenbrand Memorial Stadium against Arizona Wildcats.
