Galloway home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Galloway rose by $54,950 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,950 - a 32.3% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Galloway in February 2019.
