Grove City home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Grove City fell by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 37.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 8.7% decrease over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Grove City in January 2019.
