Grove City home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Grove City fell by $6,600 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,900 - a 3.4% decrease over the $196,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Grove City in November 2018.
