Grove City home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Grove City fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 3.3% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Grove City in August 2018.
