Groveport home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Groveport rose by $20,350 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,900 - a 12.4% increase over the $163,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Groveport in June 2018.
