Grove City home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Grove City fell by $8,510 while total sales decreased by 30.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,500 - a 4.2% decrease over the $205,010 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Grove City in November 2017.
