Canal Winchester home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Canal Winchester fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 10.2% decrease over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Canal Winchester in June 2017.
