Grove City home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Grove City rose by $4,400 while total sales increased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,900 - a 2.5% increase over the $175,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Grove City in April 2017.
