Groveport home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Groveport rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 32.1% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Groveport in March 2017.
