Canal Winchester home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Canal Winchester rose by $63,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,000 - a 35% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Canal Winchester in March 2017.
