Groveport home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Groveport fell by $9,600 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,300 - a 5.7% decrease over the $169,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Groveport in November 2016.
