Canal Winchester home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Canal Winchester rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,500 - a 5.9% increase over the $177,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Canal Winchester in August 2016.
