Grove City home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Grove City rose by $15,600 while total sales increased by 63.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,500 - a 9.8% increase over the $159,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Grove City in April 2016.
