Grove City home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Grove City fell by $4,750 while total sales increased by 95%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 2.8% decrease over the $171,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Grove City in March 2016.
