Canal Winchester home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Canal Winchester fell by $45,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 25.2% decrease over the $180,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Canal Winchester in February 2016.
