Galloway home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Galloway fell by $57,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 30.8% decrease over the $186,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Galloway in January 2016, as well.
