Galloway home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Galloway rose by $101,600 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,250 - a 79.6% increase over the $127,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Galloway in February 2016, as well.
