Canal Winchester home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Canal Winchester rose by $62,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,000 - a 41.3% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Canal Winchester in January 2016.
