Grove City home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Grove City fell by $5,100 while total sales increased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 137 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,900 - a 2.6% decrease over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Grove City in the third quarter of 2017.
