Lockbourne home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Lockbourne rose by $122,550 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,250 - a 201.9% increase over the $60,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lockbourne in the third quarter of 2017.
