Galloway home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Galloway fell by $36,800 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 23% decrease over the $159,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Galloway in the second quarter of 2017.
