Groveport home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Groveport fell by $7,650 while total sales decreased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,100 - a 4.5% decrease over the $169,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Groveport in the second quarter of 2017.
