Grove City home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Grove City rose by $2,100 while total sales increased by 20.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 133 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,600 - a 1.1% increase over the $185,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 110 homes sold in Grove City in the second quarter of 2017.
