Groveport home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Groveport rose by $20,035 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,035 - a 14.2% increase over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Groveport in the first quarter of 2017.
