Galloway home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Galloway fell by $63,500 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 36.8% decrease over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Galloway in the fourth quarter of 2016.
