Groveport home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Groveport rose by $26,125 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,000 - a 17.8% increase over the $146,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Groveport in the fourth quarter of 2016.
