Lake Darby home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Lake Darby fell by $22,300 while total sales increased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,000 - a 13% decrease over the $171,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Lake Darby in the third quarter of 2016.
