Grove City home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Grove City rose by $30,625 while total sales increased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $164,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in Grove City in the third quarter of 2016.
