Lake Darby home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Lake Darby rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 76.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,500 - a 4.2% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Lake Darby in the second quarter of 2016.
