Grove City home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Grove City fell by $4,400 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,500 - a 2.3% decrease over the $189,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 120 homes sold in Grove City in the second quarter of 2016.
