Canal Winchester home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Canal Winchester rose by $5,100 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $174,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Canal Winchester in the first quarter of 2016.
