Urbancrest home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Urbancrest rose by $5,650 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,500 - a 6.7% increase over the $83,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Urbancrest in the second half of 2018.
