Darbydale home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Darbydale fell by $59,400 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,600 - a 51.7% decrease over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Darbydale in the first half of 2018.
