Lockbourne home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Lockbourne rose by $85,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,500 - a 48% increase over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lockbourne in the first half of 2018.
