Galloway home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Galloway rose by $46,500 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 41% increase over the $113,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Galloway in the second half of 2017.
