Canal Winchester home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Canal Winchester rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 45.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Canal Winchester in the second half of 2017.
