Canal Winchester home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Canal Winchester rose by $8,250 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $196,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Canal Winchester in the first half of 2017.
