Urbancrest home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Urbancrest rose by $48,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,000 - a 90.6% increase over the $53,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Urbancrest in the second half of 2016.
