Galloway home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Galloway fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,500 - a 1.3% decrease over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Galloway in the second half of 2016.
