Hamilton Meadows home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Hamilton Meadows rose by $9,250 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $108,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hamilton Meadows in the second half of 2016.
