Canal Winchester home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Canal Winchester rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 35.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Canal Winchester in the second half of 2016.
