Groveport home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Groveport rose by $30,250 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,750 - a 19.8% increase over the $152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Groveport in the second half of 2016.
