Grove City home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Grove City rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 18%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 242 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,900 - a 17.7% increase over the $169,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 205 homes sold in Grove City in the second half of 2016.
