Harrisburg home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Harrisburg rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 12.2% increase over the $102,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were four homes sold in Harrisburg in 2018.
