Darbydale home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Darbydale fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,000 - a 25.2% decrease over the $69,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Darbydale in 2016.
