Galloway home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Galloway rose by $21,850 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,500 - a 20.3% increase over the $107,650 median sale price for the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Galloway in 2016.
