Groveport home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Groveport rose by $16,900 while total sales increased by 31.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,900 - a 10.8% increase over the $156,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Groveport in 2016.
